Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic‑minded, pop‑culture driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service and ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love.

Pay range starting at $10/hr – $11/hr actual pay may vary based on an individual’s education, location, experience, training, and performance.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customers to return, using product knowledge and customer experience skills.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Work the register, process sales transactions, and drive add‑on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Prevent misuse of store assets and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized stock room and store environment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle boxes of up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture.
