South Co Metals is in need of a full-time Inside Sales Representative immediately. This is not a cashier-type sales position. Rather, we are looking for a long-term individual who values building sales relationships with our customer base. Sales wages/salaries are dependent on experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and over the counter
• Work in an open office atmosphere and a fast-paced work environment
• Simultaneous task management
• Be able to take corrective direction from managers and co-workers
  
  Be able to communicate professionally and easily over the phone and in person during sales
• Solid understanding of computer use
• Must be able to pass a drug test/urinalysis

• Greet walk-in customers
• Enter sales orders in computerized system
• Order material from vendors and track arrival dates and order status
• Work closely with vendors, customers, and the warehouse to coordinate shipments and deliveries
• We are a small company and are continually looking for the right people to come grow with us.
