• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities including those of the Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
