As a Farmers Insurance Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your own book of business while representing one of the most recognized brands in the insurance industry. You'll work with customers to identify their insurance needs and provide solutions across auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow your own Farmers Insurance Book of Business
• Develop relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing, and community involvement
• Help customers understand their insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
• Build and manage a book of business that generates ongoing renewal income
• Recruit, train, and lead agency staff as your business grows
• Provide excellent service and develop long-term customer relationships
• Meet sales, production, and business-development goals
• Participate in Farmers training, coaching, and development programs
