Role Description The Arthrex Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, position is responsible for promoting and selling Arthrex products to healthcare providers, including surgeons and clinical staff, within the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include scheduling and conducting sales meetings, product demonstrations, and in-service training, while maintaining regular contact with existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
The role involves collaborating with clinical teams in operating rooms and other care settings to provide product support, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative is also expected to track sales activity, prepare reports, stay current on product knowledge and industry trends, and participate in company meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical product information, including understanding of medical devices, orthopedic procedures, and clinical workflows.
- Solid organizational, time management, and territory management skills, including planning travel, visits, and follow-ups.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for presentations, training, and documentation.
- Comfort working in clinical and operating room environments, adhering to all safety and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools to manage accounts, opportunities, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related sales is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
