Production Partner

Summary

As a Production Partner, we will provide a proven path and with the models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability that ensure success. You will partner with an established agent to train, grow, and provide support to their business.

Your ability to work hard and show up consistently will determine your success. In addition to creating a limitless growth path for your career, you also can earn opportunities for revenue share, health benefits, growth share, vesting and investing.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Strategize with team and sales agent to ensure business goals are met
