- Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory
- Engage in high quality, two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs
- Identify and cultivate strong professional relationships with HCPs/KOLs in the territory
- Utilize insights and MSL tools to develop a strategic approach for customer engagements
- Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience required (PharmD, PhD, MD, Advanced Practice Providers, etc.)
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an MSL
- Strong scientific/therapeutic expertise with skills in research, data analysis, clinical expertise, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
- Valid US Driver’s License
Demonstrates strong scientific and therapeutic expertise, with a focus on developing and implementing strategic engagement plans for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. Proven ability in research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer relationships and drive scientific exchange.
