Join Suncore as a skilled Screed Operator responsible for the safe and efficient placement of hot mix asphalt and operation of paving equipment. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Place hot mix asphalt using a variety of paving equipment safely and efficiently.

* Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections.

* Set up pavers and screeds for diverse project needs.

* Assist paving foremen and operators with job layout.

* Rake, shovel, and maintain equipment as required.

* Contribute to a team-oriented work environment and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Minimum age of 18.

* Experience operating pavers and screeds for hot mix asphalt placement.

* Familiarity with automatic grade control systems.

* Understanding of asphalt paving procedures.

* Strong safety awareness, teamwork skills, and work ethic.
