Mitigation Technician

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Mitigation Technician located in Idaho Falls,  Mitigation Technician will be responsible for performing water damage restoration, fire damage remediation, mold remediation, and other disaster recovery services. Duties include evaluating and assessing damages, working with equipment to mitigate further property damage, documenting project activities, and communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

The role requires adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.

• Experience in water mitigation, fire remediation, or mold remediation
• Knowledge of equipment operation, damage restoration techniques, and safety practices
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy items and working in challenging environments
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Certification in IICRC or related credentials is a strong advantage
