We’re hiring Hardscape Crew Members to support installation of patios, walkways, pavers, retaining walls, steps, stone features, and site grading. This is hands‑on outdoor work—perfect for someone who wants to learn, work hard, and grow skills in construction and hardscape.

• Excavate and prep subgrade areas
• Move, stage, and install base materials and hardscape materials
• Assist with pavers, stone, retaining walls, edging, and finishing steps
• Operate tools and compactors as trained/approved
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and client‑ready
• Follow the Foreman’s direction and work as a team

You’ll work around saws, compactors, heavy materials, and dust. You must:

• Wear required PPE (boots, gloves, eye/ear protection, hi‑vis when required)
• Follow dust control rules (wet cutting/respiratory protection when needed)
• Lift safely and stay alert around equipment and jobsite hazards

• Full-Time Seasonal
• Pay: $18/hour DOE
• Overtime may be available during peak season per business needs and applicable law

• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and ability to do physical outdoor work
• Team‑first attitude and professional behavior on client properties
• Hardscape/construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

We’re hiring Landscape Crew Members to support landscape installation and maintenance work. This is a great entry‑level role if you like physical work, enjoy being outside, and want to learn landscaping, irrigation support, and jobsite skills.

• Assist with grading, bed prep, planting, mulching, and sod installation
• Assist irrigation teams with trenching/back filling and protecting components
• Load/unload tools and materials; keep the jobsite organized and clean
• Follow Foreman/PM direction and work as part of a crew

• PPE required (boots, gloves, eye/ear protection as needed)
• Follow tool and equipment safety rules
• Work safely around machinery and cutting zones
• Follow hydration and heat/cold protocols

• Full‑time Seasonal position
• Pay: $18/hour DOE
• Early start times and variable hours may occur depending on jobsite needs

• Reliable, coachable, and ready to work hard
• Comfortable working outside in Idaho weather
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Prior experience is helpful but not required — we can train the right person
