We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized
Plumbing Purchasing & Materials Coordinator
to own the end-to-end material process for plumbing installs.

This role ensures every install team starts the day
fully staged, properly stocked, and ready to win
— with the right materials, accurate job builds in Service Titan, and zero scrambling on install morning.

• Purchase all plumbing materials required for scheduled installs
• Ensure materials are ordered accurately and on time
• Coordinate with vendors and supply houses for availability and pricing
• Handle
  will-call pickups
  for last-minute or same-day install needs

• Stage all materials for upcoming jobs in advance
• Verify install teams have everything needed
  before job start
• Prepare jobs so installers can roll out without delays or surprises

• Create and manage
  purchase orders inside Service Titan
• Build install jobs correctly in Service Titan for field teams
• Ensure materials, labor, and job details are accurate and complete
• Support operations with clean, reliable job data

• Manage truck stock for plumbing vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and restocking schedules
• Identify shortages, overstock, and inefficiencies
• Reduce material waste, missing parts, and emergency runs

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
• Ensure materials are labeled, stored properly, and easy to access
• Set and uphold standards for organization and safety
• Support a professional, ready-to-work environment

• Work closely with install teams, dispatch, and operations
• Communicate proactively about material status or issues
• Support fast-paced operations and changing schedules

• Install teams leave fully prepared, every day
• Fewer delays, fewer emergency supply runs
• Accurate Service Titan jobs and purchase orders
• Organized warehouse and well-stocked trucks
• Smooth execution on same-day and next-day installs

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience in plumbing materials, purchasing, or warehouse operations preferred
• Comfortable working in Service Titan (or willing to learn quickly)
• Able to handle urgency without losing accuracy
• Pride in cleanliness, order, and operational excellence
