As a Field Service Engineer, you will dazzle customers with top-notch service and complete assignments to repair and maintain office machines accurately and swiftly.

Details of this fundamental role?

• Troubleshoot and repair office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc)
• Respond to customer requests and assist end users in basic functionality.
• Setup machines and provide networking support for customers.
• Develop a great working relationship with the customers in your territory.
• Utilize websites, technical manuals, handbooks, and technical publications to keep current with new equipment and enhancements to older machines.
