Job Overview
Bingham Mechanical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman / Project Foreman to lead the onsite execution of plumbing projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
As a Project Foreman, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, field crews, and General Contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will also mentor journeyman plumbers and apprentices, helping develop the next generation of skilled trades professionals while maintaining the highest workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery (On Time & On Budget)
- Attend project orientation and weekly coordination meetings with GC/CM Superintendents
- Set and communicate weekly production goals with crew members and the Project Manager
- Ensure tools and materials are staged and prepared to maintain schedule efficiency
- Work alongside crew members to complete plumbing installations safely and efficiently
- Identify and correct deficiencies to prevent delays and rework
- Manage jobsite inventory, change orders, and RFI documentation
- Complete projects using the Project Closeout Checklist
- Customer & Client Coordination
- Address customer questions related to schedule, scope, and design in coordination with the Project Manager
- Provide weekly updates regarding customer interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure jobsite that reflects company standards
- Administrative & Leadership Duties
- Participate in employee evaluations and set development goals
- Follow up on improvement plans with supervisors
- Mentor and train journeyman plumbers and apprentices
- Promote safety standards and ensure compliance with all jobsite requirements
- Licensing & Compliance
- Maintain an active Journeyman Plumbing License
- Complete required continuing education
- Active Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
- Proven experience leading plumbing crews on commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and coordinate materials and manpower
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and documentation processes
- Ability to mentor and develop apprentices and journeyman plumbers
- Valid driver's license
