Equipment Operator

Hall Farms is seeking a dependable and experienced Farm Equipment Operator to join our team immediately. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating modern agricultural equipment while assisting with daily crop production activities. The ideal candidate is someone with agricultural experience, strong mechanical ability, and a commitment to doing quality work.

• Operate tractors, implements, and other agricultural equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with planting, irrigation, crop maintenance, harvesting, and storage operations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate needed repairs.
• Assist with field operations and monitor crop conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all farm safety procedures and operating practices.
• Complete additional duties as needed to support daily farm operations.

• Previous farm equipment operating experience required.
• Experience with modern agricultural equipment and GPS guidance systems preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work extended hours during planting and harvest seasons.
