What You’ll DoYou’ll lead residential installs with precision and professionalism. Work includes:
- Water filtration and softener installs
- Sewer repairs and repipes
- Water line repairs and repipes
- Water heater replacements
- PRV installations
- Hydro Jetting
Your craftsmanship and efficiency directly impact your earnings. High performers see it quickly.
Qualifications- 3+ years of relevant residential plumbing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean background check and drug screen
- 21 years or older
Your pay is tied to how well you perform. Installers who execute at a high level earn at a high level.
- Salary based on skill, efficiency, and workmanship
- Competitive hourly range: $45-$68/hr
