VFC Lightning Protection installs state-of-the-art lightning protection systems. We are seeking motivated individuals in the Idaho Falls area for a full-time travel position with about 50% travel. Local projects are possible as business needs require.

• Comfortable traveling for project work about 50% of the time
• Flexibility to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest as needed
• 18+ years old
• High school graduate or GED
• Able to pass a medical exam and drug test
• Licensed driver with a clean MVR
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 80 lbs and work on rooftops and ladders
• Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors
• Construction or electrical experience is a plus

• Install lightning protection systems on high roofs and grounding projects
• Read blueprints and construction plans to ensure proper installations
• Handle and install lightning protection cables
• Ensure all work complies with onsite safety regulations
• Travel locally and to other locations as project demands
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Tackle other duties as assigned
