Advanta Serv is a locally rooted and growing service company focused on residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services. We’re currently accepting applications for experienced apprentices, journeyman technicians, and individuals with hands‑on HVAC experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of installation, service work, troubleshooting, and ductwork, and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

• Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
• Perform full system installs, retrofits, and change‑outs
• Fabricate, install, and modify ductwork systems
• Complete seasonal maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers in their home or business
• Maintain accurate job documentation and work orders
• Work safely, efficiently, and professionally in a variety of environments

• HVAC experience required - apprentice level through journeyman considered
• Journeyman HVAC License preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and Service Titan experience are pluses
