Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and other duties to preserve and upkeep of the building, fixtures, and residential spaces, ensuring safety and quality for residents.
This full-time, hourly/non-exempt role runs Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with on-call weekends and potential overtime; compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour and requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
