What You’ll Do

Every day brings a new challenge. You’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and improve residential and commercial plumbing systems while delivering the kind of service that makes customers want to call us again.

Your day may include:

• Diagnosing plumbing problems — From water heaters and fixtures to piping and drainage systems, you’ll find the problem and determine the right solution.
• Repairing & maintaining systems — Handle routine service, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs with confidence.
• Talking with customers — Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly, honestly, and professionally.
• Documenting your work — Complete service tickets and job documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Following the rules — Perform work according to local plumbing codes, company standards, and safety procedures.
• Representing the company — Keep your work area, tools, and company vehicle clean, organized, and professional.
• Keep getting better — Stay current with new technology, products, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training.

Requirements What We’re Looking For

You don't have to know everything—but you should know your trade, know how to solve problems, and care about the quality of your work.

You bring:

• 3–5 years of plumbing service experience
• Active Journeyman Plumber license
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• A professional attitude and pride in your workmanship
• The ability to work independently while being a strong team player
