We are seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Telecommunications Tower Technician (Green Hand). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior technicians with the maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.

• Assist senior technicians with maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights
• Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
