About the Role:Challenger Pallet is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly so we can continue delivering top-quality service.
While experience in mechanical work and welding is a plus, it's not a requirement. We value hands‑on experience and a strong willingness to learn, and we provide onsite training to help you succeed in your role.

Shift position working Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM*
- Maintain and repair industrial machinery, including motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyors
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on forklifts and other equipment
- Lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks
- Collaborate with the team to improve equipment efficiency
- Preferred: 2+ years of mechanical experience (but not required)
- Familiarity with motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyors is an advantage
- Experience with welding is beneficial
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Forklift experience is a plus
- A team player with strong problem‑solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Starting pay: $28 per hour
