Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) is seeking an Energy Assistance Specialist for Idaho Falls or Rexburg. This temporary role (4–6 months, 40 hours/week) helps families in crisis apply for LIHEAP and maintain utility services with compassionate, professional support.
You will assist clients with applications, provide phone and in-person guidance, and work with colleagues and partners to ensure timely service delivery. Background checks and drug testing are required.
