Truck Driver CDL A Regional

Ryder is hiring a Floater Class A CDL Truck Driver in Idaho Falls,  role offers weekly pay (approximately $300 per day, $1500 per week), flexible scheduling, paid training, and requires experience and endorsements.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load or unload freight, or assist in loading/unloading as required by the customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide an appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Have verifiable Class A experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures.

Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, and/or background or badging requirements imposed by the customer.
