Propane Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Seeking a propane driver responsible for safely operating a bobtail propane truck, performing bulk petroleum deliveries, and occasionally using a boom truck. The role involves ensuring timely and safe filling of residential and commercial propane and petroleum tanks, completing accurate documentation, and conducting routine vehicle maintenance. Drivers must perform safety checks on structures serviced with propane and maintain compliance with safety policies.

Collaboration with the Propane Manager is essential to uphold customer relations and a safe work environment.

• At least a Class B CDL with HAZMAT and TANKER endorsements
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Strong safety awareness and documentation skills
• Military experience encouraged

• Operate trucks safely and efficiently, including chain-up procedures
• Perform routine truck maintenance and keep the vehicle clean
• Ensure proper filling and documentation for propane and petroleum tanks
• Conduct system safety checks and adhere to all safety programs
• Work closely with the Propane Manager to maintain safety and customer service standards

• Full-time, local route, drop & hook freight
• Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
