Our Winter Internship Program provides hands‑on experience in public accounting while helping you build the foundation for a successful career. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful client engagements, and gain exposure to tax, assurance, accounting services, and consulting.
From day one, you’ll be treated as a valued member of the team. Through mentorship, training, and real‑world experience, you’ll develop technical skills, expand your professional network, and gain valuable insight into the public accounting profession.
ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze financial data for businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and not for profit
Assist and learn to audit the financial data of our clients to determine the reasonableness and accuracy of the information
Perform substantive testing in the areas of cash, accounts payable, accounts receivables, inventory, etc.
Analytical reviews of reports and confidential client information
Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and corporations and assisting with tax planning and projections
Research tax and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Assist with miscellaneous tax, assurance, bookkeeping, or consulting projects on an as‑needed basis
Current student majoring in Accounting
Completion of at least two (2) college‑level accounting courses
GPA requirement of 3.0 or above
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently on tasks and projects, while also collaborating with peers in a team‑oriented environment
Able to work a full‑time schedule from one of our office locations
Based on performance and business needs, successful interns may be considered for a future internship opportunity or a full‑time position upon graduation.
