Mainduties of the job
As a Sales Ledger Administrator, you will support the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process. Your day‑to‑day activities include processing bedsteads, recording transactions, daily occupancy reporting, managing invoices (including local authority invoices), collaborating closely with the administration team, maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

ABOUTTHE ROLE
Your focus will be to support the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process. You will process bedsteads daily and ensure accurate recording of related transactions, exhibit excellent organizational and time‑management skills, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities- Daily occupancy reporting
- Process and manage invoices, including those from local authorities
- Collaborate closely with the administration team to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales ledger records
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data at all times
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations governing financial transactions

Ideal candidate- Excel experience and knowledge, including V‑Lookups and IF sums
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and responsibilities
- DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
