Operations Assistant

Fall River Rural Electric Cooperative is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-driven Operations Assistant to enhance our Operations Department based in Ashton, Idaho.

This role is integral to our daily operations, providing essential administrative coordination including customer service support, outage call management, assistance with scheduling work, reporting, and meticulous recordkeeping for our operational and safety initiatives. The Operations Assistant will interact regularly with field crews and internal office staff, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required; candidates with further education are preferred.

• Experience in business or office roles is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to organize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office applications is expected.

• Excellent communication skills are important for effective collaboration.

• Possession of an Idaho Class B Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one is required.

• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly preferred.
