Change Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing manufacturing business based in Highbridge. This role acts as the key administrative support for the Production Managers across multiple local sites. You will be looking after all the work in progress (WIP) sheets to ensure all planned works are scheduled in and progressing as required. As well as this you will support HR by collating time and attendance information for the production team.

Please see below a list of key responsibilities for this role:

  • Ensure that WIP sheets are completed and distributed to the Team Leaders each morning and updated at the end of each day.
  • Ensure that the WIPS for each site have been updated on the system correctly.
  • Arranging internal site transfers of products.
  • End of Week collation of data for weekly reports
  • Monitor production operative staff holidays, making sure all time and attendance data is up to date
  • Assisting production managers with keeping clocking information up to date by adjusting any anomalies from missed clock-ins and checking hours worked from the missed clock-ins.
  • Monitor operative lateness and absenteeism, ensuring return to work forms are completed
  • Supporting production managers with absence management (booked holidays, sickness, persistent missed clocking) and recording all communication on the T&A system
  • Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports

This is an excellent opportunity for you to take on a role that has great importance to the day to day operations of a business. This role best suits an organised, proactive person used to working in a busy and changing environment. A confident individual with good teamwork and relationship building ability. As well as this you will need to be an experienced administrator with good MS Office skills (specifically MS Excel with use of Formulas).

In return this role offers a competitive salary, working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 15:45 and a 45 minutes lunch break, 22 days (rising to 25 days) annual leave plus banks.
