PurposeTo proactively support our client network with professionalism and with a key focus on providing high-quality administrative support to Sales Team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, processing and placing orders and creatively solving problems independently delivering quick responses to customer queries.
- Following up sales leads, quotes and sample drops with customers.
- Processing all customer related admin on the same day received.
- Maintaining company customer database.
- Answering incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner at all times.
- Assisting in processes and procedures for the Sales team.
- To complete all relevant paperwork in a professional-like manner on time, every time.
- Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
- Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
- Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description and all other duties as required by the business.
- Comply with all employment obligations.
- Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business's best interests.
