SummaryThe Project Coordinator plays a key supporting role within the project team, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective document management throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to manage workflows, support compliance efforts, and maintain project documentation and logistics.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative support experience
- Decision making, research and analytical problem-solving skills
- Time management with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and interacts effectively at all levels within the organization
- Proficiency with the latest software
- Manages all project documents, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, material deliveries, and LEED documentation
- Assists in the trade partner bidding process by generating bid lists, soliciting trade partner commitments, issuing bid documents, and collecting bids
- Prepares subcontract agreements and purchase orders from drafts provided by the project team
- Provides overall administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining meeting notes, and issuing meeting minutes
- Prepares and monitors tracking logs for contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, material deliveries, and LEED documentation
- Collects closeout documents including O&M’s, warranties, as-built drawings, and LEED documentation
- Actively participates and promotes a collaborative environment with project stakeholders
- Manages project priorities, organizes workflow, and plans for future tasks and projects

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is $55,000.00 - $75,000.00. DAVIS is committed to providing our employees with a competitive total compensation package that enhances your quality of life.
