Position: Executive Administrative Assistant (Cincinnati, Ohio)
Location: Headquarters

What You'll Do

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
  • Develop professional, executive‑level PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, company‑wide forums, strategic planning sessions, and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Draft, edit, and maintain executive communications, strategic documents, agendas, reports, and meeting materials with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and coordinate follow‑up activities.
  • Support the OSIS Board of Directors through meeting coordination, document preparation, and administrative support.
  • Coordinate executive travel, conferences, company events, and off‑site meetings.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and create accurate, polished materials for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for office vendors, building services, office supplies, and facility coordination.
  • Support internal culture initiatives, employee events, and organizational programs.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma required;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or boards of directors preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
