Location: Headquarters
What You'll Do
- Provide high‑level administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
- Develop professional, executive‑level PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, company‑wide forums, strategic planning sessions, and Board of Directors meetings.
- Draft, edit, and maintain executive communications, strategic documents, agendas, reports, and meeting materials with exceptional attention to detail.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and coordinate follow‑up activities.
- Support the OSIS Board of Directors through meeting coordination, document preparation, and administrative support.
- Coordinate executive travel, conferences, company events, and off‑site meetings.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and create accurate, polished materials for leadership.
- Serve as the primary contact for office vendors, building services, office supplies, and facility coordination.
- Support internal culture initiatives, employee events, and organizational programs.
- High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or boards of directors preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely a couple of days per week.

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000.
