We are looking for an Technician to join our successful service center. We specialize in "Half-Day Mechanics; 4 - 5 hour jobs or less like;
Brakes, shocks, struts, bearings, pumps, tune-ups, etc. AND
-You will be one of the oil change crew as well as a "hood-tech" or a "pit-tech" and/or assisting with the customer curtesy's as well.
As an Technician, you will be responsible for accuracy and completion. Working quickly but being thorough first. Team Player is a MUST! Will need to learn shop computer software and have basic knowledge of vehicle systems.
If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business!
- Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
verifiable mechanical experience needed
Strong customer service and communications skills are required
