About the Role

Voltage is seeking a detail‑oriented Buyer to support purchasing execution and supplier management within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure the timely supply of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining quality standards and controlling costs. You will play a key role in supplier coordination, cost management, and procurement process improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare, place, and track purchase orders in alignment with procurement procedures.
  • Ensure materials and services meet quality and production requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of critical materials.
  • Conduct market research on pricing, supply trends, and material availability.
  • Manage supplier communication, issue resolution, and return or claim processes.
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers to expand sourcing capabilities.
  • Support supplier negotiations, contract execution, and cost‑control initiatives.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data and support reporting activities.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate cost, performance, and supply risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese preferred.
  • Professional certification (CPPM or similar) preferred.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
