Schedule8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1 hour lunch, Monday-Friday. Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.
Education- High School Diploma required with minimum 4 years' experience in customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years in customer service or order management.
- Experience working in cross-functional/global environments.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4
HANA preferred). - Order management, customer master data, billing/invoicing processes.
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
- CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
- Service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Influence without direct authority.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Manage difficult customer conversations professionally.
- Stakeholder management across regions/functions.
- Support domestic and/or international sales operations through effective coordination and management of core Order-to-Invoice processes.
- Coordinate inventory allocation, invoicing, customer master data maintenance, contract compliance, and bookings management.
- Communicate proactively with customers, sales network, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless process execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage full Order-to-Invoice lifecycle for customer orders with ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, M3, etc.).
- Independently manage assigned accounts through direct interaction with customers and sales team members.
- Coordinate bookings, confirm orders, input data into ERP, allocate appropriate batches, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, providing administrative support to Sales Managers & Account Managers.
- Act as focal point for resolving order-related challenges, including working with sales to find suitable substitutions.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding processes, delays, inventory, and shipping.
- Evaluate and manage customer complaints per procedures and register claims.
- Occasionally visit customers and attend relevant meetings to meet/exceed expectations.
