Founded in 1992, the company is known for rugged, reliable, and repeatable products that meet the demands of professional hunters, tactical specialists, and competitive shooters. The brand is built on a foundation of quality, high performance, and an uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction.

Products such as rings, mounts, and bases are critical for the performance of rifle scopes. As Product Manager for Accessories, you will guide the future development and success of these foundational components.

The Role
  • Proactively manage the current and future success of Nightforce Accessory and Merchandise product lines, maintaining a strategically sound and profitable mix of products.

  • Listen objectively while gathering information to pinpoint consumer and market needs, developing portfolio plans and product roadmaps accordingly.
  • Analyze the product life cycle of product families and individual SKUs based on consumer, customer, and market factors, making recommendations accordingly.
  • Work with Sales to develop strategic market pricing and demand probabilities for new products, recommending market pricing, order quantities, and reorder thresholds.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from identifying market gaps and building business cases to guiding development, launch, sustainment, and sunset of accessories and merchandise.
