SUMMARY

The Pursuits Coordinator provides critical support for the project procurement process and pursuit of new business. Overall responsibilities include ensuring brand continuity for DAVIS through collaborative and detail driven proposal and presentation coordination. Must champion + maintain DAVIS’ brand standards across the board.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Construction related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity using MS office suite, various graphics and presentation programs (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign)
  • Understanding of and interest in A / E / C industry experience
TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE
  • Proposal Management:
    Assists with the pursuit process (qualifications, proposal, and presentation) for smaller, less complicated response packages
  • Content Development:
    Assists with writing and developing content as part of the RFQ/RFP/RFB process
  • Compliance:
    Understands RFP/RFQ requirements to ensure compliance and deriving a list of deliverables
  • Data Entry:
    Performs data entry relevant to client, employee, project, and opportunity tracking within the CRM database
  • Editing and Proofreading:
    Provides editing and proofreading support for proposals and technical materials
  • Template Management:
    Coordinates and updates templates, checklists, and boilerplate documents to support proposal development
  • Brand Standards:
    Champions and maintains DAVIS’ brand standards across all materials
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Stays current with DAVIS project experience, business operations, personnel, services, differentiators, and history
  • Time Management:
    Organizes, assesses and prioritizes multiple tasks, projects, and demands

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 DAVIS is committed to providing our employees with a competitive total compensation package that enhances your quality of life.
