Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students. Started on a 9 days on / 3 off schedule, with a transition to a placed home later.
Responsibilities include supervision, routines, medications, transportation, and leading chapels. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and relocation/training support.
