Milton Hershey School (MHS) on-campus home environment seeks dedicated two-person couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. You will supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students, manage schedules, administer medications, and lead activities. The role progresses to a placed houseparent, living with the same students in their home.
Required are a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-campus position with comprehensive benefits and housing included.
