Project Manager - Switchgear Products Site Installation
Responsible for planning and overseeing turn‑key service projects from contract award through completion. Manage onsite team, coordinate with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from contract award through completion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans.
- Supervise site activities and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients, trades, and stakeholders to negotiate schedules and address concerns.
- Prioritize tasks, identify risks, and ensure timely communication of progress.
- Generate daily/weekly reports and manage change order processing.
- Coordinate construction personnel and subcontractors, tracking headcount and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and construction standards.
- Build strong working relationships with team and leadership to resolve issues.
- Analyze and mitigate project risks and adapt to emerging challenges.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all project personnel.
Basic Qualifications
- HS diploma (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of site or project management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Experience interpreting and reporting results to senior management and customers.
- 100% travel to customer construction sites.
- Legal authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
- Commitment to develop, drive, and manage projects in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits. Salary range: $82,320 – $141,120 annually.
