Construction Manager

We're partnering with a leading mining development organization to hire a Construction Manager for a large-scale, high-impact project. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving construction execution across a complex industrial site--ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and on budget

Idaho (Boise / Donnelly / Remote Flex) | Travel Required

• Lead end-to-end construction execution, including planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and contractor performance
• Partner closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams
• Drive a safety-first culture (MSHA/OSHA compliance) across all site activities
• Manage subcontractors, bid evaluations, and contract performance
• Track project progress, budgets, and KPIs; implement mitigation strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and quality standards
• Support commissioning and transition of completed work to Operations

• 15+ years of construction management experience in mining, heavy industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
• Strong background across earthworks, structural steel, concrete, and MEP systems
• Proven success managing contractors and large field teams
• Deep understanding of MSHA/OSHA safety standards
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working in remote or large-scale project environments
