Graphic Designer

The Antwi Group is seeking a talented, motivated, and developing Junior Graphic Designer to join our Graphic Design Department.

The Junior Graphic Designer will work under the direction of the Graphic Design Department Manager, Senior Graphic Designer, and Graphic Designers to support the production of visual materials for company brands, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, entertainment projects, events, and other business initiatives.

This position is intended for an early-career designer who has developed foundational design skills and is ready to gain professional experience while continuing to develop creatively and technically.

• Assist with the creation of graphics and visual materials.
• Support senior designers with assigned creative projects.
• Create social media graphics, digital banners, promotional materials, and basic marketing assets.
• Assist with website graphics and digital content.
• Resize, reformat, and adapt existing designs for different platforms.
• Make revisions to designs based on feedback from senior designers and department leadership.
• Prepare images and graphics for digital and print applications.
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, cropping, and image preparation.
• Follow established brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards.
• Help prepare presentation graphics and internal company materials.
• Organize design files, photographs, templates, fonts, logos, and creative assets.
• Participate in creative meetings and contribute design ideas.
• Support Marketing and Social Media projects when assigned.
• Maintain accurate project files and appropriate file naming and organization.
• Complete assignments according to departmental standards and deadlines.
• Continue developing technical, creative, and professional design skills.

• Education, coursework, certification, training, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of graphic-design principles.
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with professional graphic-design software.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow creative direction.
• Ability to accept feedback and make revisions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative team.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
