Senior Graphic Designer

The Antwi Group is seeking an experienced, highly creative, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Graphic Design Department.

Working under the direction of the Graphic Design Department Manager
, the Senior Graphic Designer will take responsibility for major creative projects, help maintain visual and brand standards, provide guidance to other designers, and assist department leadership with the execution of high-level creative initiatives.

This position is intended for an experienced designer capable of independently managing complex assignments while also providing creative guidance and support to other members of the design team.

• Work under the direction of the Graphic Design Department Manager.
• Lead assigned design projects from concept through final delivery.
• Develop high-quality creative concepts for company brands, campaigns, businesses, and projects.
• Create branding, advertising, social media, website, promotional, entertainment, and corporate visual materials.
• Help maintain company brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Review work produced by Graphic Designers and Junior Graphic Designers when assigned.
• Provide creative guidance, feedback, and mentorship to other members of the design team.
• Assist the Department Manager with maintaining quality and consistency across creative projects.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into effective visual communications.
• Develop visual concepts for major campaigns and company initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, photography, video, and other creative teams.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, revisions, and deadlines.
• Prepare professional design files for digital and print production.
• Assist with presentations and creative proposals.
• Maintain organized project files and creative assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental design processes and creative standards.
• Stay informed about current design trends, technologies, software, and creative practices.
• Assume additional project-lead responsibilities when assigned by the Graphic Design Department Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Significant professional graphic-design experience.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality creative work.
• Advanced understanding of typography, composition, layout, branding, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop original creative concepts and execute them professionally.
• Experience managing complex design projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide professional feedback and guidance to other designers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
