Photographer

The Antwi Group is seeking a creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Photographer to join our Content & Media Production Department.

Working under the direction of the Director / Manager of Content & Media Production and Producer / Production Manager
, the Photographer will create professional photography for The Antwi Group and its businesses across marketing, entertainment, corporate, social media, promotional, and production activities.

Assignments may include artist photography, portraits, executive and employee headshots, promotional campaigns, studio sessions, events, behind-the-scenes coverage, product and brand photography, social media content, recruitment materials, and other approved projects.

The successful candidate should combine strong photographic technique with creative visual judgment, professional lighting abilities, attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to work effectively with artists, employees, executives, clients, and production teams.

• Photograph assigned company, artist, promotional, corporate, and production projects.
• Work with production leadership to understand creative objectives and required deliverables.
• Review creative briefs, mood boards, shot lists, schedules, and production requirements.
• Prepare cameras, lenses, lighting, storage media, and other photography equipment.
• Create professional portraits, promotional images, event photography, and other assigned content.
• Direct or assist subjects with positioning and posing when appropriate.
• Select appropriate lenses, lighting, backgrounds, camera settings, and composition.
• Maintain consistent exposure, focus, white balance, and image quality.
• Capture required photographs while identifying additional useful creative opportunities.
• Review images during shoots to identify technical or creative problems.
• Coordinate with Graphic Design, Marketing, Social Media, and production personnel regarding image requirements.
• Transfer and organize photography following established media-management procedures.
• Select appropriate images for editing and internal review.
• Perform professional photo editing, retouching, cropping, and color correction when assigned.
• Prepare images in appropriate sizes, formats, resolutions, and color spaces.
• Maintain organized photography archives.
• Protect original files and maintain required backups.
• Maintain photography equipment and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
• Assist with equipment inventory.
• Follow applicable releases, permissions, and usage requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased projects, artists, campaigns, and company activities.
