* Handle Safety-related requests from Riders and Drivers with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring responses meet local SLA expectations.

* Manage and follow up on driver-related review cases, making sure information is properly gathered, decisions are executed, and outcomes are clearly communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

* Respond to Customer Support escalations linked to Riders' experience with Bolt, providing fast and accurate resolutions.

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the continuous improvement of Safety KPIs.

* Escalate sensitive or complex matters to your manager in a timely and structured manner.

* Support team goals by working autonomously, helping teammates proactively, and staying active on relevant communication channels.

* Act in alignment with Bolt's guidelines and values on a day-to-day basis.

* You have experience in operations, customer support, or a similar role - ideally in a tech or platform environment.

* You communicate clearly and with care, both in writing and verbally, and can handle sensitive topics with maturity.

* You are highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple cases simultaneously without losing quality.

* You work well independently and take full ownership of your tasks from start to finish..

* You are familiar with computer tools.

* You are fluent in French and have a solid command of English (our working language at Bolt).
