Join the Workforce Training Center team and help create an exceptional experience for students from their very first interaction through program completion. As the Senior Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Lead, you'll combine strong administrative expertise with customer service leadership to support a fast-paced environment that helps individuals build new skills, advance their careers, and achieve their goals.
In this role, you'll manage a wide variety of complex administrative functions while serving as a key resource for students, employees, and community members. You'll oversee customer service workflows, maintain specialized records and databases, coordinate student tracking and registration processes, prepare correspondence and reports, and ensure timely, accurate responses to inquiries. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help develop and improve processes, train customer service staff, monitor quality and consistency, and provide guidance on registration procedures, refunds, scholarships, and student support.
You'll also assist with data management across multiple software systems while helping ensure an efficient, welcoming, and student-focused experience.

Associate’s degree or Applied Associate’s degree or certification from a two-year college or professional/technical school or program and a minimum of three years full-time equivalent related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Starting pay range: $20.01 - $23.01Pay Grade: C8
