We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dentist for a full‑time position located in Council,  role involves supervising dental staff and providing comprehensive dental care within a multidisciplinary clinic. Join our team to deliver high‑quality healthcare services to the residents of Adams County and surrounding areas.

• Supervise dental staff under the direction of the Dental Director
• Attend clinic management meetings and participate in planning services
• Monitor and evaluate dental team objectives and patient care quality
• Develop and maintain the dental monthly schedule to ensure patient coverage
• Provide dental care to patients while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and professional standards

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) required
• State licensure is mandatory
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and function as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of socio‑economic status and respect for individual differences

This position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule, with 32–40 hours per week and no nights or weekends.

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
