As Lead Dentist, you will play a key role in both clinical care and team leadership.
Responsibilities- Providing high‑quality, comprehensive dental care to patients
- Supervising dental staff under the direction of the Dental Director
- Participating in clinic management meetings and service planning
- Monitoring patient care quality and supporting team objectives
Developing and maintaining monthly dental schedules to ensure patient coverage - Upholding all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
- Collaborating with providers across multiple disciplines to deliver exceptional patient care
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required
- Current state dental license required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care
- Respect for diverse backgrounds and an understanding of varying socioeconomic needs
Monday through Thursday, 32–40 hours per week. No evenings. No weekends.
Compensation$120,000 – $180,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
