Job Role s and Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design and planning efforts for landscape architecture projects.
- Manage projects through all phases, from concept development to construction administration.
- Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project delivery.
- Prepare and coordinate detailed construction documentation and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and project interviews.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and emerging professionals.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure design quality, project accuracy, and adherence to project objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional licensure or actively pursuing licensure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Revit, Rhino, GIS, and Bluebeam is preferred.
- Strong design capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
