Must-Haves- 5–10 years of experience in Landscape Architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- Professional licensure (ASLA or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Rhino (3D modeling)
- LandFX
- Bluebeam
- Experience in high-end residential design projects
- Proven ability to produce construction documents and handle construction administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio showcasing design and artistic capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with clients
- Background working with forest service or large-scale land/terrain projects
- Experience evaluating land conditions (septic, irrigation, grading, etc.)
- Previous experience pricing design sets or project costing
- Exposure to luxury or boutique residential design firms
- Strong artistic/design-forward background
- Evaluate land conditions, including septic systems, irrigation, grading, and site constraints
- Collaborate with principals who lead design vision to help implement architectural plans
- Develop detailed construction documents for residential landscape projects
- Oversee construction administration and ensure project execution aligns with plans
- Manage on-site contractor teams and coordinate project timelines
- Conduct site visits and provide guidance throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure quality control across all design and execution phases
- Support pricing and budgeting of project design sets
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and contractors regularly
