PRN - as needed basis. Shifts TBD. Half day is 4 hours or less. Full day is 4-8 hours.

Job Description:

We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis. The need is ongoing, and we require candidates who are Board Certified in any of the following specialties:
Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R. Responsibilities:
Conduct interview-based exams with some physical assessment. Evaluate range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury. Perform a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury assessments. No prescribing or treatment required. Utilize Goniometer and other necessary equipment. Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions. Proficiency in METs testing and neurological evaluations required. Document all assessments accurately in the provider portal.

Complete Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires within 48 hours. Ensure timely submission of standardized forms. Additional Details:
Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires. Provider needed for more than 5 exams. Certification Requirements:
